Dr. David Canfield received his dental degree from UCLA
and completed a Comprehensive Residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a fellow in General
Anesthesia, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is an anesthesia consultant for the Texas Department of Mental
Health & Mental Retardation and The VA Medical Center. He maintains a private anesthesiology practice in the D/FW
area.

Dr. Clark Whitmire maintains a private anesthesiology practice in Houston and is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology in the Department
of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at UTHSC Dental Branch. He earned his DMD degree from the University of Alabama and completed
a Comprehensive Residency in Anesthesiology at the UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He is a Fellow in the College
of Legal Medicine and a Fellow in the American College of Dentists.
